Early Bird Tickets – RM25/pax* (on sale 7 – 21 Nov 2025)

General Admission Tickets – RM30/pax* (on sale 22 Nov 2025 onwards)

Group and 3-Day ticket bundles are also available.

Tickets are inclusive of full-day access to all fair programmes: Main Fair, exhibitions, installations, screenings, and conferences – unless stated otherwise.
Children aged 12 and below enter for free.

KLSCAH is situated near the Zhongshan Building and Chinatown. There are several parking facilities available around the area. However, visitors are highly encouraged to take public transportation as on-street parking and parking facilities are limited.

When and where is KLABF 2025 being held?

KLABF 2025 will be held at Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall from 28 – 30 November 2025.

Do we need to pick a time slot to visit KLABF 2025?

Visitors only need to purchase an entry ticket and arrive on their selected Fair day. Please be aware that the Main Hall has a capacity limit and there may be a queue to enter. We appreciate your cooperation in following the guidance of our crew.

Am I allowed to re-enter the fair within the same day?

Yes. If you have exited the Main Hall and wish to re-enter within the same day, kindly present your wristband to our crew upon re-entry.

Are food and drinks allowed inside the fair?

We kindly ask that you please refrain from bringing food and drinks (other than drinking water) into the Main Hall. Thank you for your understanding!

Do children below 12 years require entry tickets?

Children under the age of 12 are welcome to enter the event free of charge.

We kindly ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety. Additionally, please note that attendance of infants and toddlers is not recommended due to the potential for large crowds and the absence of baby care facilities.

Is there a time limit for visitors?

There’s no strict time limit for your visit, however please note that the final entry times are 8:30 PM on Friday and 7:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

What kind of payment methods are accepted at KLABF 2025?
Both cash and cashless payment options are welcome. However, we recommend that visitors bring cash or use PayPal when visiting the international exhibitor booths.
