Book Title:
Passing By

Book Introduction:
Passing By is a poetic visual journal born from a 15-day road trip around Iceland — a land of cold winds, quiet roads, and breathtaking horizons. As my husband and I circled the island by car and camped in remote corners, we found ourselves constantly in awe of the fleeting landscapes that passed before our eyes.

This book is a tribute to those moments: some captured in clarity, others blurred by motion — just as they were experienced through the car window. The photographs alternate between sharp stills and motion blur, mimicking the rhythm of travel — moving and pausing, breathing and framing.

Publication #1:

Flip Experience: Designed for cinematic flipping, creating the sensation of passing scenery as seen from a moving vehicle.
Size: Wide horizontal layout enhances the visual journey and mimics the road-view window experience.

A horizontal flip book edition designed to simulate motion through rapid page flipping.
