KLABF2025 Exhibitor Application Form

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application.
1. This application is open to local and international exhibitors.
2. KLABF is a curated event. Submission of application does not guarantee participation in the Fair.
3. There will be a selection process to decide the final exhibitors. Confirmed exhibitors will be notified via email.
4. By submitting this form, applicants declare that they are able to produce a reasonable amount of printed matter in time for KLABF 2025.
5. Each applicant is required to include a brief on* a minimum of TWO (2) publications *(including but not limited to: zines, art books, catalogues, photobooks, and other forms of self-publications or independently-produced printed works) to be eligible for selection.
6. For booth-sharing exhibitors, only ONE (1) application form submission is required.

      Terms & Conditions

      PAYMENT
      Confirmed participants will be notified by email and given further payment instructions.
      Failure to to meet the designated payment date will result in forfeit of application.

      CANCELLATION
      Last-minute cancellation of an exhibitor’s participation made 6 weeks or less prior to the start of the Fair will incur a forfeit of booth payment. However, if exhibitors and themselves in emergencies or extreme circumstances that severely affect their participation in KLABF, please contact us at klartbookfair@gmail.com as soon as possible.

      LEGALITIES
      Under no circumstances will Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, losses, expenses, damages, destruction, theft, or liabilities whatsoever of an Exhibitors’ sales, products, and/or belongings resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the fair.

      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
      Exhibitors warrant and represent that they own or have been granted all the intellectual property rights necessary and will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

      OPINION DISCLAIMER
      The views and opinions expressed by the various participants at KLABF 2025 are solely those of the individuals involved and do not necessarily reflect the social policy, position or opinion of KLABF.

      KLABF DOES NOT tolerate content, hate speech and hateful conduct that promotes violence against, threatens, or harasses other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, gender, sexual orientation, or religious aliation. If an exhibitor has been found engaging in any such harmful behaviours, KLABF reserves the right to terminate the exhibitor's registration without prior notice or warning.
