Indy is an Indonesian illustrator based in Kuala Lumpur. Through Slightlyfancy, she captures the essence of femininity, confidence, and innocence in her vibrant risograph illustration.
In 2021, Indy launched her illustration series, “Girlstronomy”, featuring 50 unique characters, each with distinct color palette and personalities. By 2023, she expanded her vision, bringing these characters to life through print media and merchandise.
Indy uses manga as the storytelling medium for her characters, with the first and second volume already published and the third in progress.

Girlstronomy vol. 1 is the first zine released by Slightlyfancy in 2023. It consists of 3 A6 size riso zines complete with a 3D printed sleeve.
It is an anthology series about 3 girls and their quirky relationship with food. It is inspired by Indy’s own experience and other people.
-Girlstronomy Vol. 2
Girlstronomy vol. 2 is a continuation of the Girls anthology. This volume is not only related to food but also the shenanigans of being a girl.
Each comic is printed in 2 colors riso and consist of 3 zine in a 3D printed case, just like the previous volume.
-Whole Day So F**king Busy, Only Earn Few Money
Whole Day So Fucking Busy, Only Earn Few Money is an illustration book telling the story of what the girls do for a living, wether it’s a barista, manager, tattoo artist, or simply a student.
The concept is to show snippets of the girls in their jobs with a bit of writings about what they’re feeling or doing. It’s inspired by how everyone has different mundane jobs and we are all going through life day by day, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make the most with what we have.
It’s scheduled for this year KLABF2025 release, preferably printed in risograph with ring binding.
