Short Bio / About Organization:

Hi! We’re two girls from Malaysia, currently studying in Taiwan. Kkotchiiinmug — from “kkotchi” (??), meaning flower in Korean, and “mug,” a vessel — is our way of exploring beauty in everyday life. “Suì suì” (Hokkien for beautiful) moments inspire our creations, shaped by curiosity and the urge to break free from rigid boundaries. Through prints, objects, and stories, we scatter our ‘flowers’ far and wide, hoping to connect with others who see art in the little things. Let’s celebrate the ordinary and let beauty bloom where we least expect it.

Publication/Work:

01: DANGGEUNKKOTCHII calendar and zine
This calendar poster and zine was created with the idea of unrestrained time. In today's generation, people often feel bound and restricted by time—constantly chasing deadlines and confined by rigid schedules. I wanted to shift that perspective. I hope time, or dates, can be seen as something fun—something visual and expressive, not trapped in grids or boxes, but freed and reimagined as art. A calendar not meant to be read, but to be seen.

02 : DAD'S FCKING COOL COLLECTION
is a zine inspired by my dad, who's into collecting random stuff -- cars, stamps, star wars figures etc. “Digging” up my father’s old stuff from the old storage room, flipping through his old albums, exploring his teenage lives... All of these has always been one of my favourite things to do at home since i was young. With this zine, I would like to share all these little stories behind the smiles I’ve held growing up .

03 TYPOGRAPHY SERIES
Typography series is an experimental typographies on daily objects. It challenges the original forms of alphabets by reimagining them through ordinary objects, and questions how words can be reshaped, restructured, or recombined in unexpected ways.
At its core, the alphabet is just a system of symbols for human communication—so what happens if we strip away meaning and treat it purely as form? As art?
This series is a playful, curious rejection of typographic norms, where letters are no longer bound by language but free to exist for expression, experimentation, and joy.

Publication/Work: 01: EEE AAA zine Some expressions about teeth. I want to show the pain and uncertainty that come with dental visits. Those moments are always so brief yet unforgettable, because the second you sit in that chair, you have no idea what’s going to happen. It’s like my teeth are going to fight with all kinds of tools as soon as I open my mouth. But in the end, no matter how it goes, we always end this bloody battle with a rinse.02: Her Small Pine Tree poster Human emotions are tangled and delicate. It’s so valuable, yet so easily broken. We are given only a short time with each other but we greedily wish it could last forever.03: Cycle poster The cyclical nature of menstruation and its pain is echoed through the blooming of flowers and the imagery of female reproductive organs.
