1. A Homemade Garden (2024)
A Homemade Garden is a series of A5 silkscreen graphic prints, handprinted by me. It was first launched last year during KLABF2024 with a single flower graphic in various colour combinations. This year, two new additions will join the “homemade garden”: a house and a butterfly. Through handprinting the “garden” myself, this project serves as a quiet encouragement for others to tend to and curate their own inner garden — whatever that may look like.
2. Notes from Eden (2025)
Notes from Eden is a risograph zine featuring a collection of illustrations, poems, and short essays inspired by quiet, ordinary moments in life. Rooted in the story of Eden — where Adam walked the garden in constant conversation with his Creator — this project imagines that kind of wonder: noticing, appreciating and delighting in what’s around us. In many ways, this zine is my own conversation — a gentle offering of things I’ve seen, felt, and held close. A celebration of stillness, beauty, and the joy of simply being here.

Publication/Work: Publication/Work:
Wailun will be presenting a selection of self-published art books, zines, and prints at the KLABF 2025. Below are the details for two key publications:1) “interlude: a collection of stillness in passing”
Released last year, this zine features a series of photographs that focus on quiet and fleeting moments in everyday life—those subtle, often unnoticed instances where time seems to slow down. It’s a reminder to slow down and take a pause in the noise of life.2) “The day was quiet, and so were you. (tentative title)”
A curated collection of essays and photographs that explores the theme of solitude. Through writings and photographs, it captures the ebb and flow of being alone with one’s thoughts. In addition to the publications, he will also be bringing a collection of art prints and posters, which will be available for purchase.
