is not a manual,nor is it an architectural textbook.It is a journey that invites you to slowly craft your own way of life.
Three Perspectives: We have set up three different viewpoints, allowing you to become one of the characters in the book.
You, along with the other perspectives, stay in the same guesthouse, experiencing the same space. Yet, because of different life stages, backgrounds, and expectations, you see different answers within the same living scenario.
We hope that, through the dialogues, reflections, and collisions between them, you will find your own direction.
Four Propositions: Drawing on the unique characteristics of four independent guesthouses, we set up four life propositions. Each one is an exercise in self-reflection:
Desire: What kind of life do I truly want?
Well-being: On the road to pursuing my dreams, how do I take good care of myself?
Reality: When ideals meet reality, what must I let go of, and what should I insist on?
Contribution: When I have truly lived as myself, can I also illuminate others?
There are no standard answers to these propositions, but each marks the starting point of your journey to build a life.
We hope "Do It Slowly" can bring you a guiding light, illuminating the road ahead that you have yet to travel, and helping you create a life of your own!

awakening in people a passion for life.

If you want a certain kind of life, then go out and do something about it.

设立四道生活命题。每一题，都是一次返照内心的练习：
欲望：我真正想要怎样的生活？
身心：在追梦路上，怎样照顾好自己的状态？
现实：当理想碰上现实，要放下多少、又坚持多少？
贡献：当我活出了自己，是否也能照亮他人？
